Fazio Auto Service Centre

I recently brought my car to Fazio’s to have my muffler looked at. When I called to ask when a good time to bring it was, without hesitation Al told me to come right away. I left my car there and within an hour, I was informed on what was wrong & was given two options. The price seemed reasonable enough as I needed my car back quick. I told him to go ahead and fix it. A few hours later it was fixed and ready for pick up! I was very pleased with the promptness!

My 70 year old father came in to look at a car. He was on a budget, so we looked at a ford Taurus, it looked like a great car. ran well was very clean. He decided to buy it, Al said it needed a couple of things done to it to pass a safety. A couple days later my dad picked up the car. He brought it a week later to Canadian tire to have new tires put on it, they refused to lift the car because the passenger floor and frame was rotted. Long story short the ministry of transportation was brought in and my father was reimbursed his money. Normally I wouldn't make too much of a stink, but you shouldn't take advantage of people for a buck. I was shocked someone didn't go through the floor. Save your self the hassle and go somewhere that is more professional that has an actual sales staff. I should have known better looking at this establishment as it looks like a junkyard. I've learned my lesson. Safety is more important for your loved ones than saving a few bucks. I know Fazio will have some snarky rebuttal and that is fine.

I was referred to Fazio Auto by my neighbour as well as a friend. I’ve been there 3 times now and each time they were very accommodating. The service was great, and Al and his crew are very personable. They went out of their way to pick up my car at work and left me a loaner. The car was done by the end of the day, and I knew exactly what had been done to the car as Al had kept me informed of the progress throughout the day. No surprises! This will be the only shop I will bring my family’s cars to. Very trustworthy. Thanks again Al and crew.

I have brought my car here multiple times on short notice and have been very happy with the service and quick turn around time. Great customer service and fair honest prices. You wont be disappointed. I also feel much better about spending my money at a locally owned business rather than somewhere like Canadian tire which does nothing for our economy.

We’ve been taking our vehicles to Al for years now. He’s very honest with the work that needs to be done and pricing is always fair. Al and his staff are very friendly and work is always completed in a timely fashion.Thank you Al for always taking good care of us and our cars.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Al, so far l am very pleased with it. The vehicle appears to be in fantastic shape and l bought it for a price that was unbeatable. Fazio Auto Service has been accommodating, honest, and friendly. After I suspected I was ripped off for $920 at another shop in Windsor, I went to Fazio Auto to have them check the work. Al was very helpful and he showed me exactly what was and was not done, as well as what the other guys failed to tell me needed to be done. I will be returning when in need of auto service with integrity..

Great timely service from this auto repair shop, booked an AC check that was completed in a short time frame with no shenanigans like other repair shops where suddenly 10 other repairs needed doing. Later came in looking for 4 replacement tires for the vue and a replacement tire for my mustang, all tires located AND installed for less than I was expecting to pay for just the tires (semi difficult to locate tires to boot.).I will be taking my cars here in the future for any repairs I can't manage myself.

Dented the radiator - Dropped it at Fazio and it was replaced in a day and a half at a very reasonable price. Small shop, very busy but service was great - now I go there for all my vehicle maintenance. Found they are continually honest with pricing. Have a friend that only brings his and all his families vehicles there. Definitely recommend.

Super friendly, very fair, and awesome value. Called every place in the city for truck tires and although Fazio wasn’t the cheapest (still best 3), google reviews and reputation made me choose them. Super happy and will definitely be back.
